The following terms and conditions are intended to be fair to all parties concerned and to aid in the supply of services. This agreement represents the complete agreement and understanding between WebFixTech Design and our clients.

WebFixTech Solutions is committed to high quality customer care relationship with our clients. We endeavour to provide satisfaction to our clients through our business model, processes, interactions, and transactions.

The terms and conditions for our web design and support are as follows:

Guarantee Web Site Design: Due to the high standard of our web design work we have the confidence to guarantee all our web design work 100%. We will work with our clients from the begining to the end of the design. Once the design have been completed , you will have the opportunity to view the site for approval.

If at this time you are not completely satisfied with the appearance and functionality of your web site. If the design we provide does not meet or exceed your expectations, Webfixtech will continue to work on your site at no additional charge until it does. We take pride in all our satisfied customers and look forward to giving you the same level of service of excellence.

Pricing information:

A 50% deposit will be paid before work on design started. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project.

Your site will not be posted for Internet viewing until all design fees have been paid.

If clients decide not to continue with WebFixTech's design service after the initial 50% deposit. A refund will be made if design has not started.

If a client decides not to continue with design service after the initial deposit has been paid and after design work has started, no refund will be issued.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, all through PayPal, as well as cheque payment and invoice.

Time Frame of completion: WebFixTech Design and the client must work together in a timely manner, to avoid missed deadlines. The client must supply WebFixTech with any specific text, graphics, or other specific items for inclusion on time, unless otherwise agreed.

Website Content: Text may be submitted on disk or emailed to WebFixTech in standard PC word processing format, printed brochures or other printed materials. If text is in paper format, WebFixTech will do basic text formatting, such as font color, size, style, bullets, indents, etc.

Photos and graphics may be submitted to WebFixTech on CD, DVD, or USB disk in any of the standard graphic formats or emailed directly to WebFixTech.

You can supply photographs for us to scan. Clearer photographs will scan better so make sure your originals are clear. All documents and pictures will then be returned back to our clients. All your grapichs will be resize to conform to your web page.

Hosting & Domain Name: Web site hosting & domain name will be purchased on behalf of client through our partner. Web site hosting & domain name will be for a period of two calendar year from time of purchase.

Clients name and address will be registered as the owner of domain. After completion of second year it is the clients responsibility to renew their contract directly or through WebFixTech. All necessary information will be given as to which company their domain name is registered with.

Account expiry will be sent via email to client from domain name company. It is clients responsibility to comply with all policies.

Online Payment & Shopping Cart Setup: (If Applicable)In order for Client to accept online payments Client is responsible to signup either with PayPal.com (no signup fee) or any other company of their choice one time fee of £49.00 to accept online credit card orders.

Accept credit cards on your website using PayPal. There are no setup charges, monthly charges, or gateway fees. With PayPal, you pay as you go with rates as low as 1.9% + £0.20 per transaction. Payment processing, fraud protection, and tools to accept payments on your website are all included in PayPal’s costs.

Non-Payments or Late Payments In the event of the client delaying payment a surcharge of ten percent will be made on the outstanding balance per month. WebFixTech Design reserves the right to suspend any or all services, until payment is received in full. A charge of £30.00 will be charged on all late payments and or any other type of payment.

We will NOT under any circumstances, design, redo, create or render our services to any sites that promote, endorse, duplicate, link to, or deal with the following:

• Sexual or sexually explicit material or contents.

• Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, torturous, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

• Content that infringes upon any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party.

• Hacking, warez, virus transmittal, or computer activities of an illegal nature.

• "Spamming", pyramid schemes, junk mail or the transferal of unsolicited e-mail or advertising techniques.

• Content that is harmful to minors in any way.

• Instructional information about illegal activities, promoting physical harm or injury against any group or individual.

• This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenades and other weapons, and creating "Crush" sites.

• Animal cruelty or procedures deemed harmful, unnecessary or unnatural to animals.

• Any activity considered illegal under federal, state and international laws.

• We reserve the right to deny service to any site for these or any other unspecified above reason.

Should an order be placed then it shall be understood by all parties concerned that a contract shall not exist between ourselves until Webfixtech acknowledges receipt and acceptance of the order and confirm to the client.
