At WebandFix we carry out an in-depth Training Needs Analysis (TNA), we will help you to set training objectives and to define the skills and abilities you require for each individual job role in your organisation.

Then, we will help you assess the current skills of each member of your staff and compare it to the abilities they require.

A Training Needs Analysis will establish the present level of knowledge, so individuals can be grouped according to similar needs and/or abilities and matched to the right tailored course.

Designing and delivering standard or bespoke training using trainer led will generate a targeted training course relevant to the individual and will help motivate your staff to reach the training targets you have set.

Pilot courses can be run to verify course suitability, and provide a better idea of the potential performance of the programme.

Courses and delivery can be developed to suit your individual company needs, for example, your preference may be 6 staff per class in 1 or 2 day workshops.

We can also design and produce sophisticated or simple marketing and communication campaigns to encourage training take up and support internal awareness around the training project.
